How much is agency commission?
For secondary sales buyer is charged 2% of the property sales price as per DLD, RERA while for rental it depends on the type of property.
Agencies charge 5% +VAT (of the total rental value) on rental deals for residential properties and 10% +VAT on rental deals for commercial properties.
When it comes to off-plan projects, agencies are only allowed to charge commission from developers and not buyers as per DLD, RERA.
How to Buy, Rent or Sell property in Dubai with Noor Seddiqi?
To buy or sell properties, a contract A must be signed between Seller and Agent while Contract B to be signed between Buyer and Agent.
